I have read the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, and find no branch of government called CZARS or "Special Adviser", these people are being appointed to positions of power that allow them to "make laws(regulations)" that will affect every person in this country. Green Job CZAR, Health CZAR..... These people report only to the President and no one else.
Who gave this President or any other President the RIGHT to create his own government, who gave Congress the right to allow this?
There are THREE and ONLY THREE branches of government.
Executive, Legislative and Judicial.
